Before mailing your check, download this form, fill it out completely, print it, and mail it in with your check. Please include your full name, address, email address, occupation, and employer in the envelope. Full instructions are included, and no contribution can be accepted without full information.

Contribution Limits

Individual or sole proprietorship: $1,000 per election cycle (2025-2026 is one cycle).
Political Committee: $1,500 per election cycle.
Couples: $2,000 if from a joint account and both sign the contribution.

There is a higher limit for donations in kind. For information on that, don't hesitate to get in touch with the campaign Treasurer at [email protected] or (925) 948-1300. 

Prohibited:

• Contributions of $100 or more in cash or money order.
• Contributions made in the name of another.
• Contributions from foreign nationals not admitted for permanent residency.
