With the retirement of Valerie Barone, our first priority as the City Council this year is to provide full support and successful onboarding for our new City Manager, and to ensure a smooth transition and a strong first year of leadership for our municipal team. We have a hard-working and dedicated City staff, and because they provide key services to Concord residents, a smooth transition is crtically important.
